Key Review Excerpts

My sister is a resident in memory care in one of the 4 cottages. In 2.5 months the improvement she has made is amazing. The physical therapy she received for her mind and body, has been top notch.

Memory care family member · 2021★★★★

My mother was there for almost 3 years, she had a hospital visit Feb 2024, she was severely dehydrated, malnutrition and her sodium was sky high. My mother had numerous bed sores, infections and bruises.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Low staffed, or lots of staff call ins. Staff would yell at residents for using call light. Give wrong medications or argue with residents about meds, forget to give meds.
