What this means for your family

While the facility has received some praise for its physical therapy program, the overwhelming volume of reports regarding unsanitary conditions, medication errors, and staff negligence is deeply concerning. We strongly advise families to look elsewhere or, if considering this facility, to conduct an unannounced visit and speak directly with current residents' families to verify the quality of care.

Key Review Excerpts

A nurse at this facility stopped CPR on a full code patient because she ASSUMED he was a hospice patient/DNR she then left the room leaving him in there alone while he was coding and he unfortunately passed away due to this facility’s negligence

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

The smell of urine and poo is so bad in the basement in the wing for long term health care. I questioned it, was told no one smells it.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

He received the best physical and occupational therapy he ever had. He came here weak and not able to stand or walk by himself. At the end of the 2 weeks he was able to get out of bed, dress himself and walk with the aid of a walker.
