What this means for your family
While the facility's therapy department receives consistent praise for its effectiveness, the recent surge in reports regarding neglect and safety lapses for high-needs residents is concerning. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend unannounced visits and asking specifically how they ensure 24/7 supervision and hygiene for residents who require assistance with daily living.

Key Review Excerpts
“The PT with Katie and OT with Gabby worked wonders for him. I would like to mention the excellent care given to him by Gupta, Freida, Debbie and all of the other staff.”
“I was in this facility for only 60 minutes, and that was 60 minutes too long. The entrance is run-down and unwelcoming, leading to a dirty elevator with broken buttons. Upon reaching the second floor, the smell of urine and feces was so overpowering it took my breath away.”
“Unfortunately, they were always short-staffed, and often my mother was not gotten out of bed until the afternoon. Physical and Occupational therapy sessions were not consistent. Lastly, her clothes were either lost or misplaced.”
