What this means for your family

Creekside Terrace is an independent living community that receives high praise for its friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and welcoming atmosphere. However, families should be aware of significant concerns regarding management transparency, billing disputes, and inconsistent food quality. While many residents and their families report a positive, family-like environment, others have experienced issues with contract enforcement and maintenance responsiveness.

Key Review Excerpts

I just recently moved my father into Creekside Terrace about 5 weeks ago and i have had only the most amazing interactions with all the staff! They are all incredibly kind, patient, loving, caring and helpful.

Resident's family member · 2024★★★★★

My parents had a terrible experience here, starting with sales staff misrepresenting the services that were available. They had a bug infestation in their unit that management never resolved, and after moving out were charged to replace carpeting that was old and disgusting when they moved in.

Resident's family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

Creekside apparently does not honor their written contracts with their elderly clients. As a result, the client, my personal friend, who has no family, has suffered a loss of $6,000 due to a cancellation of contract.
