Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed your team is very active in responding to family feedback online; what is the best way for us to communicate with staff if we have a concern or need an update on our loved one's care?
  • 2We understand that maintaining a facility of this size can be a challenge; what is your current process for addressing room maintenance requests like plumbing or fixture repairs?
  • 3Since rehabilitation therapy is a noted strength here, how do you ensure that same level of attentiveness carries over into daily assistance with dining and hygiene?
  • 4With medication management being such a critical part of daily life, could you walk us through how your nursing team tracks and administers medications to ensure accuracy?
  • 5What steps are taken to ensure that residents receive consistent support during mealtimes, especially for those who may need a little extra help?
  • 6How does your nursing team handle medical emergencies or urgent health changes during the evening and weekend hours when administrative staff may not be on-site?

Key Review Excerpts

My mother had a small stroke, and needed some physical therapy before returning home. The entire staff were caring, professional, and kind.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

Aside from the stench and peeling paint accented by the staff that have the personality of paste, I must say that the care my mother receives it utterly appalling. Her dignity has been stripped, privacy violated, sat in her own waste during dinner because no one would take her to the bathroom.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The facility is very dated. The bathroom sink faucet was not even attached to the sink, I literally could move it up and down. Mom fell and had to have 12 stitches while in the rehab portion.
