What this means for your family

While the facility is praised for its social environment and transition support, the reports of medical neglect and poor hygiene are critical red flags. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of common areas and asking for specific protocols regarding clinical oversight and hydration management.

Key Review Excerpts

My father was a patient there for about a month October thru November. He was neglected so bad. Ended up in ER 3 times in one month. Twice for a clogged feeding tube and once because he was so severely dehydrated along with other issues.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Floor are very very dirty . Elevator smells. Not very friendly person sitting at the front desk today Saturday afternoon.

Visitor · 2026★★★★

I have found a great resource in their staff members Adrienne and Mckenzie. They were able to help with housing for 2 people who needed to move into an assisted living facility.

This facility has concerning patterns with families filing complaints that triggered two investigations for safety hazards and accident prevention. The most recurring issues involve fire safety systems, medication management, and resident safety protocols. While the facility corrects deficiencies when cited, several problems persist across multiple years, including medication error rates exceeding 5% and fire alarm system maintenance, suggesting ongoing operational challenges families should investigate during visits.
