Key Review Excerpts

The facility has bed bugs & the DON does nothing about it . . Pls ( DONT ) put your family members in here !!!

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mother ended up having a severe bladder infection with kidney damage which required surgery. The staff does not care about the residents. It’s disgusting the treatment the elderly receive here.

Daughter · 2025☆☆☆☆

I was told that I would have rehabilitation three times a day that didn’t happen. They come once a day 10 To 30 minutes sometimes every other day, the service was extremely poor

This facility shows concerning patterns with families repeatedly filing complaints about food safety, medication management, and facility cleanliness across multiple years. Recent 2024-2025 complaints revealed problems with abuse prevention policies, nursing staffing levels, and ongoing food handling issues. While the facility has corrected cited deficiencies, the recurring nature of these problems - particularly food safety violations appearing in both routine inspections and family complaints - suggests persistent operational challenges families should carefully evaluate.
