Key Review Excerpts

My father spent four months here, and while a handful of aides, nurses, and the physical therapy team were truly outstanding, their efforts were overshadowed by widespread issues with administration, staff professionalism, and overall care.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

They IGNORE Diabetes patients Diets and bring out loads of sugar pop, candy & junk food. The nurses don't care when their patient has high 300s blood sugar. Communication is low.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The place is not staffed well, turnover, not clean and some of the staff do not treat people with kindness. I could rarely get a return call either.
