Key Review Excerpts

The staff from the DON, Social Worker, nurses, and cleaning staff are all excellent at this facility. My Mom is suffering from early stage dementia and even though I know her constant forgetting the timelines she is in and escape mode has to be tough on the staff, they have been very resilient in making sure she stays safe.

Memory care family member · 2023★★★★★

The admissions director named Jennifer was very helpful in getting my mother transferred. The social worker... was absolutely phenomenal. She was so understanding and extremely helpful during every aspect of my mother's stay.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★☆☆☆

Was not attentive to patient and they took patient to the ER and never reported it or called the family. The family found out later from hospice , not from the greens, not from the ER but from hospice.
