Key Review Excerpts

My dad has been a resident at Royal Oak House for two years. I am very grateful he is living at a place where the staff really care about him and know him.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

Staff almost always ignored the call button, they made a medication "mistake" that had my mom on an antipsychotic medication for a month before i caught the error, (the state cited them for a violation for this), laundry wasn't done, wounds were not tended to, and I ended up removing her from the facility when the double pneumonia she had developed went unnoticed by the staff

Former resident's family · 2021☆☆☆☆

We recently moved our brother to Royal Oak House for rehab purposes. The staff at this facility have been amazing! Attentive, caring, and well trained!
