Key Review Excerpts

The Russian speaking long term care unit at Braintree is bright and airy, with spacious rooms that let in plenty of light. Figuratively, the staff at the facility are not only professional and attentive but genuinely caring.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

The first 5 days he was there, he had a broken TV (that no one was willing to address), he was never helped with showering/bathing, and he was only helped out of bed for 10 minutes a day. It was impossible to find anyone that worked there when visiting as they are understaffed.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

My Mom was just recently transferred to Royal Braintree Nursing and Rehabilitation Center from a memory care facility. Just in this short period of time I’ve been so impressed with the wonderful care she has received from the nurses, CNA’s, activity assistants and management.
