The inspection was a Case Management - Annual Continuation visit conducted on April 16, 2024. The primary finding is a deficiency related to staff training, specifically missing 2023 annual training for staff members. Immediate action is required to correct this deficiency to ensure resident safety.

The facility underwent a required 1-Year Visit and was generally observed to be clean with appropriate supplies and safety features in place. However, the report noted deficiencies regarding the inspection and drill records for fire safety equipment. Due to the nature of the visit, an Annual Inspection could not be completed at this time.
