What this means for your family

Rose Lane is frequently praised for its beautiful environment and effective rehabilitation therapy, particularly for veterans. However, because multiple reviewers have raised serious concerns regarding hygiene, staffing levels, and medical oversight, we strongly recommend that you conduct an unannounced visit and specifically observe the cleanliness of resident rooms and the responsiveness of staff to call lights.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy team are truly miracle workers! Thank you all for taking such great care of my sister!!!

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

As soon as you walk in it smells like feces and urine which says a lot in itself for first impressions and how neglected residents hygiene is. Residents sit for hours in their own waste.

Visitor · 2025☆☆☆☆

My father came to this facility in December. He has had at least 6 sepsis infections and been in the hospital with Numerous uti and kidney infections. not to mention E. coli in his bloodstream, probably from not properly cleaning the wound on his backside.
