Key Review Excerpts

We just transferred my parent out of here after only being here 4 months. In this short time the things this home has been dishonest, negligent and borderline abusive with are as follows: insurance fraud, lack of care or desire to act over threats of bodily harm and death by another resident.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

They suck! They ain’t clean and the staff steal your family members cloths! The food suck! They need to be closed down!! It’s a darn shame!! The service there is terrible! They let my family member fall so many times and he broke his hip and they never said nothing!

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

This facility with it’s current “ownership“ has gone rogue on care. I’ve witnessed great decline in patient care and facility management. No contact from administration or social services regarding patient.

River View Rehab Center shows a concerning pattern with multiple complaint-driven investigations, as families have filed reports leading to 25 deficiencies. The facility has persistent problems in three main areas: protection from abuse and neglect (with 15 violations across recent years), quality of daily care assistance, and fire safety systems. While all violations show correction dates, the recurring nature of abuse protection failures and complaint frequency suggest ongoing care quality issues that warrant careful consideration before placement.
