2 complaint-triggered

RegalCare at Worcester shows concerning patterns with 69 deficiencies across four surveys, including two complaint-triggered incidents involving pressure ulcer care and dialysis services. The facility has repeated issues with fire safety systems, emergency preparedness, and infection control that persist across multiple inspections from 2022 to 2025. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring nature of safety violations, particularly around fire protection and emergency systems, suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully consider.
