What this means for your family

While some patients report successful rehabilitation, the high volume of reports regarding pest infestations and unsanitary conditions is a major red flag. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The EMTs that brought me here were so surprised with how Bad the condition is here that he asked if I was sure I wanted to stay. I was placed in a room with two other people. The patients walk around with no mask. The filth is everywhere, roaches and flies in the room the first night there.

Rehab patient · 2022☆☆☆☆

My Aunt was in this place for 1 week. Building is old. Her room had a leak in ceiling. Not a great place to heal for anyone. Hard to get help over phone. However, if you go in person staff very helpful.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

I was in pain once i got here I couldn’t feel my hands or anything and thankfully they gave me all of that back so I can come back home fully me again.
