Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff took very good care of her and addressed any questions or concerns we had promptly. The wound care Nurse is excellent and the therapy staff was wonderful.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★★

The physical therapy staff were great, the rest of his stay was a nightmare! No one offered to assist in a bed bath & for days ! I went over & bathed him until he could safely walk. The beds weren't changed, & when asking for pain medication, it would be 2 hrs b4 they brought it!

Rehab patient's friend · 2025☆☆☆☆

The Nursing director (DON) at Peak Resources has a very unprofessional attitude with no respect for the family of residents at this facility. We have had at least three meetings I have been involved with two about communication and professionalism at this facility. It continues to be ignored.
