The facility failed to maintain hot water temperatures at all resident fixtures between 100 and 116 degrees Fahrenheit. Specifically, temperatures were measured at 120 degrees Fahrenheit in multiple bathroom sinks and tub/shower combinations. Additionally, staff failed to follow proper notification procedures when temperatures exceeded the regulatory limit.
