Parkway Pavilion Health and Rehabilitation Center receives highly polarized feedback, with many families praising the dedicated therapy team and compassionate nursing staff for successful rehabilitation outcomes. However, a significant number of reviewers report serious concerns regarding neglect, poor hygiene, and inconsistent staffing levels, particularly during off-hours. Families should carefully weigh the reported successes in physical therapy against the recurring allegations of inadequate patient care and communication.

Key Review Excerpts
“The rehab people were wonderful! Mom was there for two days and on the third day, Easter Sunday evening she rang the bell for assist to the bathroom. After an hour and half she got out of bed and attempted to walk to the bathroom but fell on the floor and broke her other hip.”
“The first time my mother went there nearly 2 years they were okay. This last time a couple of weeks ago they Neary killed her. Tech had given her a breathing treatment and then 'forget ' to hook her oxygen back up leaving her sitting in her room for several hours in room oxygen until her oxygen sat went down to 50 percent.”
“The staff at PP are amazing. The whole place just feels good with all the positive and loving assistance they all provide. I can't thank them enough for helping me make my dad's last days warm and loving.”
