Specifically, for Resident #2, staff failed to administer NovoLog insulin when fingerstick blood sugar readings were greater than 80, and in some instances, administered insulin when readings were below the required threshold. Additionally, the facility failed to follow orders to contact the endocrinologist regarding medication discrepancies.
