Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff and therapists were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Special thank you to Sharon, for her continual updates and exceptional kindness and concern for my mom and our family.

Rehab patient's family · 2022★★★★★

The entire staff at Linwood is fabulous, the physical therapists were wonderful and helped my mom get back on her feet. The nursing team, administrators and social services were also wonderful and very helpful from her admissions through her discharge.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

The therapy dept and activities were great I have to say. But that's it!! As long as you were not long term they were ok. Most of the staff on day shift were good! 2nd shift was awful and I didn't see 3rd shift.

Linwood has significant concerns with 67 deficiencies across 11 surveys, including 26 triggered by family complaints. Recurring problems involve accident hazards and resident safety, infection control, and nursing staffing levels. While the facility has corrected most violations, the pattern of repeated issues with safety oversight and multiple family-filed reports about care quality suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully evaluate during visits.
