Key Review Excerpts

My loved one stayed in this filthy establishment for a short period of time and it was an experience we hope no one ever has to go through. They do not coordinate doctor's appointments unless there is an emergency situation. When my loved one did go to to the ER, usually due to poor nutrition and lack of assistance with personal hygiene ADL's, we were never notified.
