Key Review Excerpts

The change in this facility in the past three months has been incredible. I can’t even name names because everyone here is so special, I’d have to name everyone. From the executive director showing true leadership, to the sweet smiles of front office staff and marketing, to stellar coordination in the nursing department.

Local community member/professional · 2024★★★☆☆

My Dad has been at the Boise Truewood for a little more than a year now. He is very happy, loves the food, and says he is well looked after. I could see how genuine their affection and care is for him. These are good people working hard in circumstances that we all know can be challenging.

Resident's family member · 2024★★★☆☆

Food is 95% excellent as they have a chef that care. Memory care day shift is 99% of excellence. Swing and late night 75% of excellence. The $$ spent for care don't meet standard of care.
