What this means for your family

This facility's therapy department is highly regarded for helping patients achieve recovery goals, but families must be vigilant regarding basic care. We strongly recommend that you visit unannounced and specifically ask about their protocols for call light response times, medication safety, and the security of personal belongings, as these are recurring points of failure in recent reviews.

Key Review Excerpts

The minute that he was admitted to Arbor Valley the Staff started working with him and didn't give up. We can't thank them enough. From Cassidy the Case manager to Ray his nurse, Brianna, CRN, Karen OT, Rich PT. They all became family

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

I realize they are short staffed. That is no way an excuse for waiting an average of 20 minutes after you have soiled things, then another 20 minute wait to get off the bed pan. The neglect is not the fault of the staff it all stays with magement.

Rehab patient · 2024☆☆☆☆

My dad was given an antibiotic that he is deathly allergic to, even though the allergy is clearly listed in his chart. They did not even have an EpiPen anywhere on site to help with this situation after they realized the mistake.
