What this means for your family

While the facility's physical therapy department is highly regarded for successful transitions home, the recurring reports of neglect and slow response times are significant red flags. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits, specifically on weekends, to observe staffing levels and response times firsthand before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff and care my father received at Letort Springs Rehab was fantastic! Especially the PT and OT staff. He was there one month and they were able to successfully transition him to return back home!

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

Most all of the permanent staff there were very very nice and always helpful and took very good care of my father. They were usually short staffed though and the weekends were the worst.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★☆☆☆

You are just letting my dad lay there in his wet diaper after he’s been pushing his button for an hour and you are suppose to be doing therapy at least something and nothing put him in his wheelchair also a wet urine pillow beside his bed
