How They Respond to Reviews

97%response rate
Generic

The owner uses highly templated, repetitive responses that rely on specific brand slogans like 'Make Lives Better' and 'best-in-class care.' While they personalize the responses with the reviewer's name, the core of the message is almost always a copy-paste script.

Key Review Excerpts

The entire facility was spotlessly clean, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I really appreciate it when cleanliness is a very top priority.

From being an Excellent Start here at las Alturas nursing home , it ended on disaster, they failed her on monitoring her meds and went into unconscious stage for a week and 1/2

Family of deceased resident · 2026☆☆☆☆

My grandmother was sent to the laredo location for physical therapy. She was there for one night and we knew we could not leave her there. My grandmother sat in her urine for 2 hrs after a staff member came in and said he would be right back.
