This facility shows a stark divide in experiences; while some families report excellent, loving care, others have documented serious lapses in medical oversight and hygiene. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend conducting unannounced visits and specifically asking for their written policy on fall prevention and how they monitor vitals for high-risk residents.

Key Review Excerpts

She was taken to the ER this morning in respiratory failure. She had a UTI so bad she was septic. She was severely dehydrated. This was after the nurses told me less than 8 hours before her vitals were good

Long-term resident's family · 2019☆☆☆☆

They wouldn’t allow a fall pad, bed alarm or anything to help him from falling. Well guess what he fell twice! The 2nd time he fell they lied and said he was up walking around and fell.

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

The staff has been kind and caring to her. She was gone for several days for a much needed surgery. When she returned they told her how much they missed her, glad she was home and treated her like family.
