Key Review Excerpts

The facility itself is one of the most depreessing places I've ever been to. In addition the first thing you smell when walking in is the extremely strong smell of urine.

Family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

I have spent the last 10+ moths here at the Kingston Center recovering from multiple medical issues including most recently a full hip replacement. I would like to commend the staff here for their excellent treatment and care which has hastened my recovery.

Rehab patient · 2019★★★★★

They ignore patients calls for help, make them wait to go to the bathroom. They are not clean, my mother's room stunk of feces and urine, room was very cluttered.
