Key Review Excerpts
“My mom was released to keystone after surgery for a ruptured appendix. She literally spent 22 hours there!! One LPN and one aid for 20 rooms and 2 patients in most rooms. I came to visit and she was sitting in a puddle of urine.”
“He was well taken care of from the nurses, aides, therapy and the entire staff. He had mostly all the same caretakers day in and day out. How Keystone is able to hang on to the same dedicated staff (some that have been there many years) speaks volumes to their good reputation in itself.”
“My dad spent about 6 weeks here, the last 3-4 weeks being on the pathways hall (memory unit). On the best days, he received mediocre care. He was not fully incontinent before going to Keystone, but quickly became that way when he wasn't taken to the bathroom regularly.”
