Kent Regency Center receives high praise for its attentive nursing staff, professional rehabilitation team, and clean environment, with many families noting that their loved ones felt well-cared for and respected. However, a recurring pattern of negative feedback highlights concerns regarding poor food quality, inconsistent communication, and occasional neglect in hygiene or medical responsiveness. Families should be aware that while many have positive experiences, there are significant reports of staffing shortages affecting basic care and medication management.

Key Review Excerpts

The only downside to the Kent Regency was the quality of the meals which were all too often over cooked, flavorless, lukewarm and heavy on carbs.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★

Nurses couldn’t even remember to give her the medication she needed at discharge. Upon leaving they forgot to give her 4 Covid pills, only gave her enough insulin for one day knowing we couldn’t fill the prescription on Christmas Eve.

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

The staff on her wing (b) are so very good to her. I have made sure everyone knows to call day or night never a bad time and they do.
