Key Review Excerpts

The newly remodeled facility is absolutely beautiful--bright, clean, and modern--but it is the staff that truly makes it shine. They provide such compassionate, patient centered care that you feel like family the moment you walk in.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★

Each and every resident has access to free services including haircuts, manicures, pedicures, hairstyles, beard shaping/trimming, waxing, shaving, hair color, ect. The residents also have access to transportation services, physical therapy services, social active recreational programs, and they allow pet visitations!

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★★

The staff there is so amazing. They went above, and beyond to take care of my brother while he was there. I recommend Hickory Heights to anyone that needs a place for their loved one.

This facility has persistent issues with food safety and fire/emergency preparedness that recur across multiple surveys, with 43 total deficiencies spanning three years.
