Key Review Excerpts
“My Dad was a resident for 3 months at Pleasant Valley. It is not a “perfect place” as no where is. However, Brandon Boswell (Executive Director) will earnestly listen to all concerns and do his very best to make them right.”
“I stayed here for two weeks and they treated me very well. The staff is very professional and caring couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for rehab after a long hospitalization. PT and OT were also very very good and was attentive to my individual needs.”
“Every time we visited, the staff was very nice staff knew my mom by name and checked in to make sure she was comfortable. The facility was clean. My dad was also impressed with how good of care they took of mom and him as well.”
