Key Review Excerpts

The staff is compassionate, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

My mother was admitted to this facility for rehabilitation, and what ensued was nothing short of a nightmare. During her 26-day stay at Heather Knoll, my mother suffered from shocking neglect and received substandard care that resulted in the development of Stage 2 bedsores.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

They were short staffed and slow to answer the call button. Sometimes as much as 25 minute's. Did not relay info to the patient or family in a timely manner.
