Key Review Excerpts

The main problem is, they are severely understaffed, and the staff is severely overworked. I’m guessing. In my daily visits, I never saw a nurse or an aide in his room. The floor was never swept, his food trays were sitting around forever.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The staff would throw wet wipes at her and tell her to clean herself up when she soiled her depends. During her stay she received one pt/ot therapy per day (except none on weekends.) So she simply did not progress at all

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The staff was engaged, responsive, and communicative. After the initial care conference, the facility was very clean and well maintained at all times. I visited daily at various times throughout her two week stay and the experience was consistently positive.
