Staff turnover reported at 29%
This facility has areas of concern that warrant careful consideration. The latest standard survey recorded 20 findings, above the WA average of 17.1. We recommend asking the administrator directly: "How are you addressing recent staffing shortfalls?" These are not reasons to panic, but they are reasons to ask tough questions and visit in person.
Hallmark Manor receives high praise for its cleanliness, professional therapy teams, and welcoming atmosphere, with many families noting significant improvements in recent years. However, critical concerns persist regarding chronic understaffing, which some reviewers claim leads to neglect, slow response times, and inconsistent medical care for residents with complex needs.

Key Review Excerpts
“My mother was at Hallmark Manor for 2 1/2 days before her death, and the staff at Hallmark Manor did their best to keep her comfortable, minimize any pain she felt, and to care for her needs as she passed.”
“The day staff is kind and helpful for the demands of their job. The activities are good also for the residents. For people that are mobile and can move on their own it is a decent place. If you have a loved one that can’t then I would suggest to look around.”
“I witnessed neglect everywhere, I saw patients calling out for help being ignored. When I arrived one day my mother was calling out for help I arrived she was left without oxygen for unknown amount of time and was loosing her vision”

Reference benchmarks (0.75 RN and 4.1 total nursing hours per resident/day) are comparison targets, not current federal minimum requirements.
