Key Review Excerpts

They need more knowledge and continuing education to take care of any patients with dementia. My father was moved 4 times in 6 months in this home. It sure didn’t help his dementia.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

This is the WORST place ever. It doesn't even rank a 1 star. My mom came here after surgery and these people wouldn't even give her her pain medicine. We have been waiting over 24 hours to get her medication, she's supposed to get it every 4 hours.

Rehab patient's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

This facility was clean and provided adequate care. We did have some issues with assorted things, but when I contacted the facility with my grievances, they were corrected. If your family member is there, you must be proactive in this way.

4deficiencies
Near state avg (4.3)
1 complaint-triggered

This facility shows a pattern of recurring issues with fire safety and food handling across multiple surveys, though all deficiencies have been corrected by the provider. The most recent 2025 survey found problems with accident prevention, medication labeling, and food safety, while earlier inspections revealed more extensive issues including fire safety violations, care planning deficiencies, and infection control problems. While the facility addresses identified problems, the persistence of certain safety and dietary concerns across surveys warrants careful consideration during your visit.
