What this means for your family

While the facility's physical and occupational therapy teams are consistently praised for helping patients recover, the facility suffers from severe, recurring issues with staffing levels and patient neglect. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a family member present frequently to advocate for your loved one's basic needs, as response times to call lights are a major point of failure.

Key Review Excerpts

The nurse practitioners and nurses were excellent. The therapists were the best. She could not sit up in bed when she got there. When she left, she walked out with a walker and was able to go back to her home in Tennessee.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆
