What this means for your family

While the facility is physically beautiful and offers a robust activity program, the serious concerns regarding clinical oversight and staff empathy are significant red flags. If you are considering this facility, ensure you have a clear plan for how your loved one's medical status will be communicated to you and request a meeting with the nursing director to discuss their infection monitoring protocols.

Key Review Excerpts

Absolutely beautiful facility! A lot of hard working nurses/macs and CNAs. Also gotta brag on all our department heads and even housekeeping!

Visitor/Family · 2026★★★★★

Don't let the beautiful facility fool you overall my mother looked and appeared clean and fed while there very disappointed in the staff's attitude towards her recovery her frame of mind and things that I'm now being told by my mother that transpired while she was in the short-term unit their lack of empathy and irresponsibility to check some of her medical status for an infection that caused her to end up in bad shape
