What this means for your family

This facility features a highly regarded therapy department that has helped many patients regain mobility. However, families must be aware of consistent reports regarding severe understaffing and slow response times to call lights; we strongly recommend visiting during off-hours to observe staffing levels yourself.

Key Review Excerpts

The physical therapy team and occupational team were both incredible! Without them, I wouldn't be walking today!

Rehab patient · 2024★★☆☆☆

The big problem is they are severely understaffed. It takes anywhere from 1 to 2 hours for your call light to be answered. Not a place for anyone not mobile who relies on help.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★☆☆

My mom was sent there for PT rehab and go absolutely no care at all! We moved her to a new facility in which at that time they had to send her to the ER due to being dehydrated and a severe UTI which we told Falling Water we thought she may have and they ignored us.
