What this means for your family

While the facility's therapy department is frequently praised, the recurring reports of neglect, hygiene issues, and medication errors are severe red flags. Families should exercise extreme caution and consider other options, as the facility's communication and responsiveness to basic patient needs appear inconsistent at best.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother was here for a month. This place almost killed her. Harry states We're not perfect? We'll Mr. Harry! When it comes to human lives? You better be perfect.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The day we arrived via transport from the hospital, no one at this facility was aware we were coming. No room set up for him, horrible, thin mattresses, broken furniture, no bedding. This place is FILTHY.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

I was amazed at the level of care she received especially from the therapy department. Every therapist that worked with her was excellent; they pushed her when she needed it, which was a lot but treated her with respect and love.
