What this means for your family
The facility's physical and occupational therapy departments are highly regarded and often lead to successful rehab outcomes. However, families should be aware of consistent reports regarding slow response times to call bells and difficulty reaching administrative staff. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels firsthand before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts
“The OT & PT therapists were absolutely fantastic & can't praise them enough for the job that they did. However, I had the misfortune of having a loved one stay here for roughly two weeks(Never Again!) I didn't see the level of neglect as some of the other reviewers did, however I can tell you that this nursing home is extremely unstaffed or just not monitored especially after 430pm”
“My mom had the misfortune of staying here for 3 weeks…food is horrible/ no fresh fruit or vegetables/ let me say some staff were quite nice but they were outnumbered by the rude and careless…call buttons unanswered and bedsores that could have been prevented”
“I was a resident here for awhile after surgery the nursing staff was wonderful physical therapist had me up and doing everything I need to go home earlier then expected the food service was great even the administration were very nice the place was always clean”
