Key Review Excerpts

The nurses, aides, Physical Therapists and staff have been great! ... If you need extra help the aides respond quickly after you buzz for them.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

It started out rough (would have given 1 star for his experience the first weekend) and I was going to move him to a different facility due to getting at least 2 calls a night saying that they wouldn't answer his call button... I let Wendy (social worker) know of our concerns she helped educate staff and they made some changes that clearly helped.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★

My dad was perfectly fine and coherent when he arrived two weeks ago. My the third day he was being wheeled out on a stretcher back to the ICU. They didn't even call to tell me, I walked in luckily while he was being transported.
