Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given the recent focus on improving clinical outcomes, what specific protocols have you implemented to ensure consistent medical monitoring and timely updates to families during health changes?
  • 2I noticed your team is very active in responding to feedback online; how do you use that family input to improve the daily care and medication management processes?
  • 3With your strong reputation for rehabilitation therapy, how do you bridge the gap between those intensive therapy sessions and the daily support provided by nursing staff to ensure a steady recovery?
  • 4Could you walk me through your communication process when a resident experiences a sudden health event, and how you ensure family members are notified immediately?
  • 5What steps are you taking to address the recent state inspection findings to ensure the facility maintains a high standard of safety and quality for all 75 residents?
  • 6Since dining and nutrition are areas you are currently working to enhance, could you tell me how you incorporate resident preferences into your meal planning and service?
