What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its rehabilitation therapy and engaging activities, making it a strong candidate for short-term recovery. However, families should be vigilant regarding basic care needs; we recommend visiting at different times of the day to observe staffing levels and asking management specifically about their protocols for call-bell response and incident reporting.

Key Review Excerpts

The CNA's on the 7-3 shift during the week/end are HORRIBLE. It takes them 15-45 to answer a call bell. You could be dead by the time they come to see what your needs are.

Family member · 2018☆☆☆☆

My grandpa got bed sores within a few days of being there because they never showered or changed his diapers. Mind you he was there for 4 weeks. Imagine that. He was barely fed.

Grandchild · 2021☆☆☆☆

The therapy is a amazing but the food is horrible. Cna's are very caring but there are never enough of them. They are severely understaffed.

The most recurring problems involve protecting residents from abuse and financial exploitation, maintaining nursing staffing standards, and food safety. While most violations have been corrected, the facility had one unresolved issue as recently as January 2026 regarding residents' right to a safe environment, and complaints continue to uncover new problems, suggesting ongoing quality concerns families should carefully evaluate.
