What this means for your family

Claiborne Healthcare Center has a strong reputation for its rehabilitation services and active social environment, often praised by residents. However, families should be aware of recurring complaints regarding hygiene, pests, and responsiveness to call lights. We strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to observe the facility's cleanliness and staff engagement levels firsthand.

Claiborne Healthcare Center receives highly polarized feedback, with many residents and staff praising the facility as a caring, family-like environment, while family members of residents report serious concerns regarding neglect and hygiene. While the therapy department and specific staff members are frequently commended for their dedication, multiple reports of poor communication, slow call-light response times, and cleanliness issues suggest significant inconsistency in care quality.
