The line is either busy or they transfer me to a floor that doesn't answer within 5 minutes (that's the longest I will wait.) I should go on but it gets more personal. PLEASE DO NOT send your loved one here

I witnessed abuse here I wouldn’t allow my family member to stay here it’s a very nasty facility as soon as you walk in it smells and little flies in every room and everybody is double diapered STAY FAR FROM HERE.
