Key Review Excerpts

The rehab team was amazing, food was excellent, and staff was kind. I would definitely recommend this facility for a rehab stay.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

My husband has been there for 2 weeks, has yet to be offered assistance with a shower. He is diabetic, they are checking blood sugar after meals then giving sliding scale insulin which is causing his sugar levels to drop too low instead of testing before meals. Meds are given up to 2 hours late in some cases.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

My grandmother was recently at Blue Lake Post Acute for therapy. I would like to thank the therapy team (Karrie, Ian, and Howie) for always listening to her and making sure she was able to do the things needed so we could bring her back home.
