Key Review Excerpts

My Fiancé mother was there, he's very Happy finding the place. Nurses, Nurses assistants and the rest of the staff were on point...shout out to the rehabilitation crew, for you all I'm grateful for your team. Because of you my soon to be Mother in Law is able to walk again.

Rehab patient's family · 2023★★★★★

The first 2 years that my friend was here was acceptable. Then she was abused by a CNA recently. The state is doing an investigation, the CNA was dismissed, but management has retaliated against my friend, the victim of the abusive CNA.

Long-term resident's friend · 2025★★☆☆☆

My great Aunt was a patient here and received horrible care. She was given the incorrect medication, she fell the family was not notified until a day later . The staff repeatedly forgot to place the bed alarm back on her bed.
