Key Review Excerpts

Moving our friend to Avir was the best decision we could have ever made. The facility is clean and beautiful- always smells fresh.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

BEWARE!!!!! Facility staff put on a facade. My mother had bruises, was aggressively grabbed when moved, or repositioned. When incidents are upon reported, the staff cover for each other.

Resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

They have a well spoken staff and that is all... This place reeks of shadiness it's staff pretends to know what their talking about, the care provided is below par, the food is way below par and cold...

This facility has concerning patterns with eight complaint-triggered deficiencies indicating families have filed reports about care issues. The most recurring problems involve medication management, food safety and dietary services, and reporting of suspected abuse or neglect. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the repeated issues across multiple surveys and the frequency of family complaints suggest ongoing challenges with care quality and safety protocols that families should carefully consider.
