The staff was attentive, warm, kind and gentle with her and all of the residents. Staff members were skilled in getting her to eat and take her medication and, despite her limited ability to communicate, they were able to get a smile or a laugh from her often.

He was essentially a prisoner on their third floor, was given the wrong medication dose (he was under medicated and unbeknownst to his family was going through withdrawal) and he was able to escape the facility and make his way across a busy road to a condo community.

My Mom’s room was always sparkling clean. My Mom used to say she thought she lived in a mansion! Scheduling a visit was never a problem and if I wanted to check in on my mom or Facetime with her, I would text a staff member and they would immediately respond.
